2024 Canine Flea Efficacy Trial
Eligible Locations: Central Coast region (NSW) and Greater Brisbane area (QLD)
We are currently recruiting for a trial with a new ‘3 in 1’ flea, tick and worming chewable tablet for dogs, to evaluate its efficacy in controlling flea infestations in dogs for a period of 3 months.
The study will involve 4 visits to your home over a 3 month period by our friendly and experienced staff:
Visit 1: Perform a baseline flea count on your dogs (by combing them with a flea comb for 5 mins), weigh your dogs and treat your dogs with the appropriately sized chewable tablet.
Visit 2 (one month after treatment): Flea comb your dog again to check that the fleas have been controlled by the product.
Visit 3 (two months after treatment): Flea comb your dog again to check that the fleas are still being controlled by the product.
Visit 4 (three months after treatment): Flea comb your dog again to check that the fleas are still being controlled by the product. Weigh all your dogs. End of trial.
For each visit, you will receive a $100 gift card as a thank you for participating in the trial ($400 total).
